Our Process

We Are The Only Company To Offer ALL 100% Non-Alcoholic Wines (0.0%). A healthy and safe alternative for those who do not consume alcohol.

Wine that has been de-alcoholized has undergone the standard winemaking process, including fermentation, but has had all the alcohol removed from it. This is, in essence, alcohol-removed wine.

Virgin Wine Style

Virgin Wine Style (Alcohol Free) wine has not been through the standard wine-making process. These types of wine have never fermented and have never contained alcohol.

All 0.0% Alcohol

Rest assured that no matter what wine you choose here, weather it be de-alcoholized or virgin wine style, it will contain 0.0% alcohol. Learn more of each wine by reading the product descriptions.

The Various De-Alcoholization Process

Several de-alcoholization processes are available to obtain 0.0% ABV. Generally, the most common methods include reverse osmosis or cold filtration, vacuum extraction, and spinning columns. Different wineries use different methods to achieve 0.0% ABV.

Non-alcoholic wines are made using the same grapes as regular wines. The process starts with the selection of high-quality grapes that are harvested at their optimum ripeness.

Grapes are selected based on their ripeness, color, and flavor.

Grapes should be harvested at their peak to ensure high-quality juice.

Different grape varieties can be used to create different non-alcoholic wines.

The all-natural grape extracts then undergo a fermentation process, enabling a seamless aging for the wine.

Fermentation is when the natural sugars in the grape juice turn into alcohol. The grape juice is then put into a fermentation tank, where it is introduced with yeast.

Unlike regular wine making, where yeast ferments the sugar in grape juice into alcohol, in non-alcoholic wine making, the yeast is chosen in such a way that it does not produce high levels of alcohol.

Fermentation time can vary depending on the desired flavor and aroma, depends on how sweet or dry the finished wine will taste.

Once fermentation is complete, the wine is then placed into oak barrels or stainless steel tanks where it will age. The aging process can take anywhere from weeks, months to years, depending on the type of wine being made and the flavor profile being created.

After fermentation is complete, the non-alcoholic wine is subjected to a process called "dealcoholization." This process removes any natural alcohol from the wine (since it is grapes) while preserving the flavor and aroma.

There are various methods of dealcoholization, including vacuum distillation, reverse osmosis, and spinning cone columns.

Reverse Osmosis

During the reverse osmosis process, the components of the wine are separated through a filtration system using high pressure. The ethanol gets separated from the wine while the remainder profile of wine is kept intact.

Vacuum Distillation

During vacuum distillation, the wine is placed into a container and heated until the alcohol has been vaporized. The alcohol is then removed from the wine, leaving behind the water and other grape solids.

Spinning Cones

The wine is placed into a centrifuge, where it is spun at a very high speed. This process removes the alcohol from the wine without removing any other grape solids or flavors.

Bottling & Distribution

After Dealcoholization, the wines are ready to be bottled and distributed all over the world. Including Europe, Middle East, Asia, etc.
