Shipping Policy

How long will my order take?

    We strive to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible. All orders are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days of order placement, followed by 1-6 business days in transit depending on location.

    Due to UPS/Fedex logistics there are no pick-ups on Saturday's and Sunday's. All orders placed on those days will ship out Monday.

    Orders are shipped from California. 

    When and how will I know that my order has been shipped?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be generated. 

    Shipping is handled by UPS/Fedex Ground. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you require your shipment to be delivered to a PO Box please email us for further instructions.

    Shipping Speed | Transit Time

      The transit time is calculated based on the distance from our Fulfillment Center in California to the destination zip code. UPS/Fedex Ground usually takes 1-5 business days in transit, depending on the location.

        No matter what the size of your order is, we offer a Low Flat Rate of $9.99 for shipping for continental U.S. The more you buy, the more you save! International Shipping will be charged our discounted Market Rate based on location (where applicable).
