Although we do our best to protect our products adequately during transit, glass and beverages are subject to breakage when they travel long distances.
Please get in touch with us if there is a problem with breakage since we cannot accept refunds or returns based solely on flavor preference.
Damages | Incorrect Items
When you receive your order, please inspect it and inform us if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive damaged items, please email us as soon as possible with pictures. We would love to hear from you and make things right.
Refunds for damages reported more than 14 days after the order delivery date will not be processed.
Damages and returns are subject to confirmation of condition. After the condition of returned items is assessed by photo evidence or inspection, refunds will be issued electronically, and a confirmation email will be sent.
Refunds are not given based on the taste of the product.

Returns & Exchanges
Our customer team can help you arrange a return when an item needs to be returned. UPS/USPS handles returns. Once your return is accepted, we'll email you a prepaid return label so you can print it and attach it to the original shipping label. You can also purchase your own shipping label. The original box and pulp trays can then be dropped off at your local post office or nearest UPS drop-off location.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We will accept returns of unused and unopened items 14-days from the delivery date. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Typically, this is higher than the $8.99 flat rate. We do not charge a restocking fee, but the original shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund. Refunds are provided after the returned item(s) are received and inspected.
Items will only be exchanged if they are returned to us in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging and unopened. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To guarantee you get what you want, you should notify us of the exchange request, and if approved, return the item you received and make a separate purchase for the new item.
