Returns & Replacement Policy

Although we do our best to adequately protect our products during transit, unfortunately, glass and beverages are subject to breakage when they travel long distances.

Please contact us if there is a problem with breakage, since we cannot accept refunds or returns based solely on flavor preference.

Damages | Incorrect Items 

As soon as you receive your order, please inspect it and let us know if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive damaged items, please email us as soon as possible and include pictures of the damage. We would love to hear from you and make things right. 

Refunds will not be processed for damages reported more than 14 days after the order delivery date.

Refunds

Damages and returns are subject to confirmation of condition. After the condition of returned items is assessed by photo evidence or inspection, refunds will be issued electronically and a confirmation email will be sent. 

Refunds are not given based on the taste of the product.

Returns & Exchanges

Our customer team can help you arrange a return when an item needs to be returned. Returns are handled by UPS/USPS. Once your return is accepted, we'll email you a prepaid return label so you can print it and attach it to the original shipping label. The box can then be dropped off at your local post office or nearest UPS Drop-Off location.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Unused Items: We will accept returns of unused and unopened items 14-days from the delivery date. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Typically this is higher than the $11.00 Flat Rate. We do not charge a restocking fee, but the original shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund. Refunds are provided after the return item(s) are received and inspected.

Items can only be exchanged if they are returned to us in the same condition you received them, unopened, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. 

To ensure you get what you want, you should notify us of the exchange request, and if approved, return the item you received and make a separate purchase for the new item.
