xHow long will my order take?
We strive to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible. All orders are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days of order placement, followed by 1-6 business days in transit depending on location.
Due to UPS logistics there are no UPS pick-ups on Saturday's and Sunday's. All orders placed on those days will ship out Monday.
Orders are shipped from NYC.
When and how will I know that my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be generated.
Shipping is handled by UPS Ground. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you require your shipment to be delivered to a PO Box please email us for further instructions.

The transit time is calculated based on the distance from our Fulfillment Center in New York City to the destination zip code. UPS Ground usually takes 1-5 business days in transit, depending on the location.
