Pierre Chavin Prestige Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot is a de-alcoholized French red blend that offers depth, structure, and vibrant complexity without the alcohol. Crafted from two of France’s most iconic red grapes, this 0.0% wine features a deep red color, a touch of minerality, and a bold yet refined character.
On the palate, it opens with jammy cherry, black licorice, and plum, layered with nuances of red fruits, warm spices, and smooth vanilla. Its low acidity makes it immediately approachable and smooth, with enough body to stand up to rich dishes while remaining soft enough for everyday enjoyment. A perfect choice for those seeking a bold red wine alternative with a touch of French finesse.

Expected something that tasted like wine.
I've been searching all over the world for a decent non-alcoholic red wine. One that would some decent body and mouthfeel with aromas that are similar to real wine, and not taste like cranberry juice or Kool-Aid. But sadly after trying more than 20 different NA wines. I still haven't found one that's any good. I had hopes that Pierre Chavin may finally be the one, but it turned out to be just like all the other ones. I think I've reached the conclusion that it is just not possible to make a decent one. Non-alcoholic white wine (still and sparkling) and beer are decent options, but red wine is a big thumbs down.
It has a freshness of light air and flowers.
And it does have 22% grape juice, boo! When poured the cloudy appearance (see photos) should have given it away. 79% merlot. Fruity. Sweet. Spices give it some depth but I could not drink this. Watch out as it is the 3 pack mix Halal offers.
